Uttarakhand faces havoc wreaked by a cloudburst which took place in the Almora and Chamoli districts. An alert has been issued around the regions as the water levels of the Ramganga River have been on a rise. State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) teams are keeping a watch on the situation. Earlier, one person lost his life after the cloud burst hit the Lambagad village.
