The climate of Delhi, the capital of the country, is deteriorating. Pollution levels in Delhi are constantly increasing. The level of air pollution in the capital has reached 'dangerous' state in the morning itself. In many areas, the air quality index has been above 400. This can be further increased by fireworks on Dussehra.
