The state government has issued to close down noon meal centre with less than 25 students, saying it is aimed at ‘re-positioning’ existing staff strength and asserting that food supply to students would not be affected.also said that food from the nearest nutrition centres will be provided to children.About eight thousand centres can be closed by this decision.
