2 newly recruited militants surrendered in Kashmir's Tujjar area on October 22nd. Both the militants are aged 20 & 21 and are from Sopore town. They had gone missing a month ago and security forces had been trying to trace them. When they received intelligence on the presence of militants in Tujjar, the boys' parents were called and they were urged to surrender.
