Bihar Assembly Elections 2020, the first polls to be held in India after the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, has gripped the country. Set to be held between October 28 and November 7, Bihar poll is a direct battle between the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the main opposition Mahagathbandhan (MGB). As per poll, the NDA alliance of the BJP, the JD(U), former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi’s Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) and Mukesh Sahani’s Vikassheel Insan Party (VIP) commands a six per cent vote-share lead over the principal opposition alliance of the RJD, Congress and left parties, a Lokniti-CSDS poll projects.
