Commodore Anil Jai Singh(Retd), Vice President, Indian Maritime Foundation talks about the concept of the Blue Economy and the potential that South Asia and India hold in relation to the same. He further talks about COVID-19 and the effects it has had on Blue economies. He even discusses the Quad cooperation and its recent developments.

Commodore Anil Jai Singh is the Vice President of the Indian Maritime Foundation and heads its Delhi branch. He was commissioned in the Navy in Jan 1981 and took premature retirement in March 2011.
