There is a sad news in the midst of the political turmoil that is going on in the assembly elections in Bihar. Panilati Raj Minister Kapil Dev Kamat has passed away in the Nitish Kumar government. He breathed his last at Patna AIIMS late Thursday night at 1:30 pm. Kapil Dev Kamat was corona infected and was already suffering from kidney disease.
