2)Pyaaz /onion -1 (chopped)
3)Tamatar /tamato – 2 (finely chopped)
4)Lalmirch powder /redchillipowder – ½ tbsp
5)Namak /salt – as per taste
6)Haldi /turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
7)Tel /oil – 4-5 tbsp
8)Amchoor powder /dried mango powder – ½ tbsp
9)Lahsun /garlic – 2-3 cloves
10)Adrak /ginger – ½ inch piece
11)Hari mirch /greenchilli – 1 (chopped)
12)Hing /asafoetida – 1 pinch
13)Garam masala /all spice powder – ½ tbsp.
14)Kali sarso /black mustard – ½ tbsp
15)Jeera /cumin seeds - a pinch
16)Dhaniya powder /coriander seeds powder - ½ tbsp.
17)hara dhaniya /coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
