All major political parties across Jammu and Kashmir will gather Thursday afternoon to discuss the Gupkar Declaration, hoping to find a way forward. The meeting, hosted by National Conference Chairman Farooq Abdullah, will be the first since August 4, 2019, a day before Article 370 was revoked.
