국민 10명 중 4명 코로나 블루 경험
A new study suggests that four in ten South Koreans have experienced depression or anxiety because of the pandemic.
The Korea Health Promotion Institution asked a thousand adults nationwide, and 40-point-7 percent said they have had the so-called "corona blues."
Women were more likely to say so, especially those in their 20s, 30s and 60s.
The biggest reason was a sense of isolation at 32 percent, followed by fear of infection and difficulties finding work.
To get over their depression, most people said they go for some light exercise or take a walk.
