Former ANC MP Vincent Smith is back in court this morning. He appeared a week ago on charges of corruption and fraud related to evidence presented before the Zondo Commission of Inquiry. Smith indicated he’ll cooperate with police in a bid to clear his name. Payments to Smith were allegedly initiated by Angelo Agrizzi, who is also being charged. eNCA's Aviwe Mtila has the details
