District Magistrate Anjaney Kumar Singh in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, on October 10, wearing thongs in his feet, hung shirts, tied his mouth and reached the Paddy Purchase Center. DM Anjaney Singh could not detect any by seeing the costumes of the farmer. During this time, he talked about selling his paddy as a farmer. He even encountered middlemen hovering there. उत्तर प्रदेश के रामपुर में जिलाधिकारी आन्जनेय कुमार सिंह 10 अक्टूबर को पैरों में हवाई चप्पल पहनकर,शर्ट लटकाए, मुंह पर अंगोछा बांधकर धान खरीद केंद्र पहुंचे गए। किसान की वेशभूषा देखकर डीएम आन्जनेय सिंह को कोई पहचना नहीं सका। इस दौरान उन्होंने किसान बनकर ही अपना धान बेचने की बात की। यहां तक कि वहां पर मंडरा रहे बिचौलियों से भी उनका सामना हुआ। कुछ ही समय में सारा गड़बड़झाला उनके सामने आ गया।
