The family of the Hathras rape victim appeared before the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court. The victim's family recorded their statements in front of the two-judge bench. Many officers including DG, ADG were present in the court on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government. During the hearing at the Allahabad High Court, Vinod Shahi, appointed special advocate, presented the government's side in the Hathras case.
