The Garden Report crew is in agreement: Jayson Tatum is worth a super max extension after making Third Team All NBA in 2019-20. Will anything prevent him and the Celtics from agreeing to those terms this offseason? Danny Ainge said the team can't talk to him about it yet, but expects them to come to a deal when they can. A 30% max contract would put Tatum at roughly $33 million in salary for the 2021-22 and keep him in Boston until 2026.
