Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and a group of MPs are on their way to visit the Hathras victim’s family, two days after they were stopped by UP Police and were detained. Uttar Pradesh administration on Saturday permitted Congress leaders Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi to meet the family of the 19-year-old Dalit girl from Hathras.
