Dalit girl of Hathras was not raped, said ADG Prashant Kumar of Uttar Pradesh and his claim is based on the forensic report, which says that traces of semen were not found on the body of the victim. The victim family is continuously saying that their daughter was gang-raped. But the UP police is not accepting this truth.
