At least 500 doctors have succumbed to the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in the country so far, according to the updated list of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) on Friday, which is nearly half of the number of claims either settled or under process of being settled by the government to compensate Covid-19 doctors who have lost their lives due to the viral infection.

देश में कोरोनावायरस की स्थिति लगातार गंभीर बनी हुई है. इसमें आम क्या खास क्या हर किसी की जाम जा रही है. देश मरीजों की संख्या भी 64 लाख के पार पहुंच गई है, जिसमें से करीब एक लाख लोगों की मौत अब तक हो चुकी है। इस बीच इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन ने शुक्रवार को एक चौंकाने वाला आंकड़ा जारी किया। जिसमें पता चला कि देश में अब तक कम से कम 500 डॉक्टरों की मौत कोरोना वायरस की वजह से हुई है।
