Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has arrived at the Valmiki Temple in Delhi's Panchkuian Road. She will attend the prayer meet being held at the temple for the Hathras victim. Delhi Congress chief Anil Chowdhary and other senior leaders like Rajiv Shukla, Pramod Tiwari and PL Punia are also present at the temple.
