Amid the ongoing border tensions with China along the Line of Actual Control, India will hold a major naval exercise with the US and Japan. Australia is also expected to be a part of the naval exercise. Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will participate in the meeting of foreign ministers of India, Japan, Australia and USA in Tokyo. China has come out to oppose the Quad meeting scheduled in Tokyo on 6-7 October.
