An ex-ANC MP, Vincent Smith, has handed himself over to police this morning. Earlier this morning, the National Prosecuting Authority started arresting those implicated in the embezzling of state funds. Several officials were arrested yesterday in connection with the 2014 Free State Asbestos project.
