Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday (September 27) paid tributes to freedom fighter Shaheed Bhagat Singh, calling him the symbol of bravery and courage. The tribute from the Prime Minister comes a day before the 113th birth anniversary of the freedom fighter.
