I cooked a simple Bangladeshi style chicken curry with very less spices. It can be enjoyed with white rice or ruti.
Ingredients: Chicken (500 gm), Sliced onions (1.5 cup), Green Chili (3/4 pc), Tomato (1 sliced), Potato (1/2), Whole Garlic (3pc), Turmeric (1 tsp), Red Chili Powder (1 tsp), Cumin Paste/Powder (1 tsp), Garam Masala Powder (1/2 tsp), Garlic Ginger Paste (2 tbsp) and some whole Cumin and Garam Masala.
