Jahvon Quinerly planned to play for the University of Arizona as a 2018 All-American out of high school. He never did after revelations of an Arizona assistant offering him money became the center of the FBI investigation that struck college basketball that year. He transferred to Villanova, which didn't work, as his freshman season became filled with struggles and personal frustration, embarrassment over a social media post. Now, he's at Alabama, a school that never recruited him as a high schooler.
