Muhyiddin Yassin said today the attorney-general has affirmed that he was still the prime minister and has yet to be summoned to the palace.
Speaking at a rally in Tambunan, Sabah, Muhyiddin said if he was legally no longer the prime minister, he was sure he would be summoned to face the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
He promised that should he no longer qualify to be the prime minister, he has two options - either to step down or recommend that the Agong dissolves Parliament.
