Heavy water logging in Mumbai, NCB grills Jaya Saha; more

Heavy rains have paralysed several parts of Mumbai since Tuesday. BMC has declared all private and government offices will remain shut on Tuesday due to severe waterlogging across Mumbai. Waterlogging in most parts of the city has also forced the Western Railway and Central Railway to shut some of the routes. Due to the heavy rains and waterlogging, suburban train services have been suspended between Churchgate and Andheri and also in Sion-Kurla zone, Chunabhatti-Kurla and Masjid zone. Central railway has suspended train services in Mumbai on the CSMT and Thane, Vashi lines.
