Police arrested at least 26 protesters during an "Abolish ICE" demonstration in Manhattan on Thursday (September 17).

Footage shows scuffles and police officers arresting several protesters.

The demonstration was sparked after a whistleblower alleged "medical neglect" at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facilities, and claimed that hysterectomies were performed on detainees without their consent.
