Defence Minister Rajnath Singh accused China of failing to respect bilateral pacts, saying that there is a mismatch between what Beijing says and does. Speaking on the floor of the Rajya Sabha on Thursday, Rajnath Singh said the Chinese side made several attempts to transgress the LAC in other parts of the western sector in May at a time when military talks were on.
