Bang Cookies, a small New Jersey cookie business, began selling their giant Levain look-alike cookies at farmer's markets, where they drew people in for their NSFW original name, "Bang Me Cookies." Ever since, New Jerseyans have lined up for a taste of their all-natural, organic cookies, made with ingredients from around the world. The shop went from selling 500 cookies a day in 2016 to now baking over 20,000 cookies a month. Among the best sellers are Sea Salt Chocolate Chunk, S'mores, and Macadamia White Chocolate Chunk. Insider's Taryn Varricchio visited one of Bang Cookies' two shops in Jersey City to find out why people can't get enough of these giant cookies.
