A simple recipe inspired by Japanese Ramen. Ramen is a Japanese fresh noodle broth which is wholesome and a full meal, although there are various kinds of Ramen recipe, the key components remain the same that is, wheat noodles (soba), a broth and toppings.
This dish was prepared during Covid19 lock-down with limited ingredients available in the kitchen, and with limited hardware to film the process. The main purpose for this video was to promote the idea "Less is More" and amazing dishes can be made with the simplest of ingredients, what one needs is imagination.
Ingredients you'll need:
For Making Noodles
1. Wheat Flour / All Purpose Flour – 1 Cup
2. Salt – ½ Tsp
3. Water – 80 Ml
For Making Vegetable Broth
1. Cabbage – 15 Gm.
2. Spring Onion – 1 No.
3. Green Bell Pepper – 15 Gm.
4. Onion – ½ Small Sized
5. Green Chili – 1 No.
6. Ginger – ½ Inch
7. Garlic – 6 Cloves
8. Salt – To Taste
9. Crushed Black Pepper – ½ Tbsp.
10. Sugar – ½ Tsp
11. Lemon Grass – ½ Tsp
12. Dark Soy Sauce – 1 Tbsp.
For Topping
1. Egg – 1 No.
2. Spring Onion (Chopped) – Tbsp.
3. Chili Flakes – 2 Tsp.
4. Chili Oil / Schwan Sauce – 1 Tsp.
