The US has now canceled visas to more than 1,000 Chinese citizens amid growing tensions with China. Most of them are students and researchers. It has been said that this step has been taken in view of the security threat.The US alleges that these Chinese researchers are trying to steal data here in the name of study. They are trying to steal the research by misusing the students visa and hence the decision has been taken to cancel their visa.

चीन से बढ़ते तनाव के बीच अमेरिका ने अब 1,000 से ज्यादा चीनी नागरिकों के वीजा रद्द कर दिए हैं। इनमें ज्यादातर छात्र और शोधकर्ता हैं।बताया गया है कि यह कदम सुरक्षा को खतरे के मद्दनेजर उठाया गया है।
अमेरिका का आरोप है कि ये चीनी रिसर्चर्स यहां अध्‍ययन के नाम पर डेटा चुराने की कोशिशें कर रहे हैं। वो स्‍टूडेंट्स वीजा का दुरुपयोग करते हुए अनुसंधानों की चोरी की कोशिश कर रहे हैं और इसलिए उनका वीजा रद्द करने का फैसला लिया गया है।
