Indian troops seem to have gone on the offensive in Ladakh. After taking control of the Black Top and Helmet Top yesterday, it has now established position in north Pangong where armies of both the nations are now face-to-face. Situation in the region still remained sensitive. Meanwhile, army commanders from both sides held another round of talks to defuse tensions, government sources said.
