More than 150 academics from various universities in India and abroad have written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that if further delay in medical and engineering entrance examination JEE and NEET will affect the future of students. Referring to the protests against the conduct of these examinations in September in view of the growing Kovid-19 cases, academics said in their letter, "Some people try to play with the future of students to further their political agenda" are doing.

भारत और विदेशों के विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों के 150 से अधिक शिक्षाविदों ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को पत्र लिखकर कहा है कि मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग प्रवेश परीक्षा जेईई और नीट में यदि और देरी हुई तो छात्रों का भविष्य प्रभावित होगा. बढ़ते कोविड-19 मामलों के मद्देनजर सितंबर में इन परीक्षाओं के आयोजन के खिलाफ हो रहे विरोध का जिक्र करते हुए शिक्षाविदों ने अपने पत्र में कहा, ‘‘कुछ लोग अपने राजनीतिक एजेंडे को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए छात्रों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
