INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1 cup
Milk Powder -1 cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Sugar – 3-4 tsp
Kesar / saffron - 8-10 (threads)

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 2: MODAK DOUGH PREPARATION:
Firstly, take a pan add milk, get milk to a boil now add sugar, ghee mix well.
Soak few threads of kesar in 2 tbsp of warm milk.
Add kesar milk and stir it now add milk powder and mix gently.
Mix it until the mixture thickens and still remains moist.
modak d mixture is ready.
Step 3: PREPARE MODAK WITH MOULD
Grease the modak mould with ghee to prevent from sticking.
Stuff the mixture into the mould walls.
Also, place any dry fruits in the centre.
Close tightly and remove excess mixture.
unmould the modak gently without breaking.
Step 5: PREPARE MODAK WITH HAND:
Firstly, take a ball shape them into a bundle making it pointed.
With the help of fingers pressing gently
