Barmer district, which is called backward in the field of education, is once again in the headlines. Geeta Kumari, a resident of Sir Par in the district, has been selected for the National Teacher Award. A National Award has been announced by the Department of Education, Government of India, for outstanding teachers in the country. 47 teachers who have done excellent work in various fields across the country will be honored.

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में पिछड़ा कहे जाने वाला सरहदी बाड़मेर जिला एक बार फिर सुर्खियों में है। जिले के सर का पार निवासी गीता कुमारी का राष्ट्रीय शिक्षक पुरस्कार के लिए चयन हुआ है। शिक्षा विभाग भारत सरकार की ओर से देश में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले शिक्षकों को राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार की घोषणा की गई है। पूरे देश में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में बेहतरीन कार्य करने वाले 47 शिक्षकों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
