So here's a summary: have a passion for calisthenic skills and have a previous spine injury :D
For those of you that want to skip my chit chat (i am pretty chatty ) first tip starts at 2:42 and the workout starts at 9:38. A lot of my friends tell me they don’t want to train their upper body because they’ll look like a man or tell me not to train my upper body because I'll look like a man. I think that's silly Being strong is awesome regardless what you look like. I train because I love learning bodyweight skills and tricks, the way my body looks is just a repercussion of that. Also, let me know if you disagree (just curious) but I'm pretty sure I don't look like a man lol
So if you're looking to get a smaller waist throw out any previous notions that you need to be skinny and start getting stronger! Your body will be more capable and you'll probably look better too :)
