There is a special belief about Radha Ashtami that by chanting Radha's name, observing this fast achieves salvation. During this fast puja, a metal idol of Radha is worshiped and after that it is donated to a Brahmin. In the morning, wash and install the urn and place a copper vessel on the urn.

राधा अष्टमी को लेकर खास मान्यता है कि राधा का नाम जपते हुए इस व्रत को करने से मोक्ष की प्राप्ति होती है। इस व्रत पूजा के दौरान राधा की धातु से बनी मूर्ति को पूजा जाता है और उसके बाद इसे ब्राह्मण को दान कर दिया जाता है। -सवेरे नहा-धो कर कलश स्थापित करें और कलश पर तांबे का बर्तन रखें।
