Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat has given a big statement amidst the India-China border dispute. In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Bipin Rawat has said that a military option to deal with transgressions by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army in Ladakh is on the table, but will be exercised only if talks between the two armies and the diplomatic option are unfruitful.
