Cleveland Sellers is a civil rights legend. His son Bakari, is an esteemed champion of civil/social justice, former South Carolina Representative, author & CNN contributor.

Growing up in the segregated south, NBA Legend & civil rights advocate, Cedric Maxwell, knows a quite a bit about the Sellers family and, through Max’s own appearances on CNN, has become acquainted with, and a fan of Bakari Sellers. Bakari is also a podcaster for The Ringr and a huge sports fan.

Sellers & Maxwell hit on a broad range of topics, including Kobe Bryant, Kareem Abdul-Jabba, Jayson Tatum, Kemba Walker and the Celtics.

The only let down for Max is Bakari’s bias towards Cornbread’s arch rival Los Angeles Lakers.
