छात्रों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका लगाई थी। इन याचिकाओं पर गुरुवार को सुनवाई हुई। सनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उस याचिका को खारिज कर दिया जिसमें CBSE को निर्देश देने की मांग की गई थी कि वो ये सुनिश्चित करे कि याचिकाकर्ता और कक्षा 10 वीं और 12 वीं के अन्य छात्रों को COVID 19 के प्रसार के दौरान कम्पार्टमेंट परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने के लिए मजबूर न किया जाए।कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ताओं को CBSE की तरफ से जारी नोटिफिकेशन को चुनौति देने की अनुमित दी है।
