This is the dramatic moment a speeding pickup truck flipped five times when it lost control while driving on a curve.

Sirisak Soram, 28, was travelling towards the junction with the main road at high speed before rolling the vehicle in Chachoengsao, central Thailand on August 16.

CCTV footage shows the white Toyota pickup truck losing control while going round the bend in the road.

The truck flipped around five times before slowing down and leaving the clouds of dust.

Miraculously, the driver survived the horror crash despite being flung out of the window and landing in a canal.

The local police officer assigned to the investigation, Arnon Wattana, said: "All parts of the car were damaged. We will also check the level of alcohol in the driver's blood to know if he was drunk driving."

The truck was left on the road verge while passersby called paramedics for help in taking the driver to the hospital. He was conscious and able to sit up but in a daze after the crash.

Sirisak was taken to the local hospital to received treatment before officers question him about the accident.
