Kind-hearted passersby lifted a car up together to free a biker who got trapped under the vehicle in eastern China.

The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Ningbo in Zhejiang Province on August 16, shows a car knocking over an electric bicycle and dragging the biker underneath.

After the car stopped, more than a dozen of people gathered to lift the car up together and took the scooter rider out of the bottom of it.

Since the scooter rider, named Song, wore a helmet, he remained conscious when being taken out. He was later sent to hospital by an ambulance.

Thanks to the helmet, Song was not in life-threatening condition and he was having further treatment in hospital.
