미, 화웨이 추가 제재…블랙리스트에 21개국 38개 계열사 추가

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued updates to a list of rules designed to restrict Huawei's access to U.S. technology.
These restrictions look to address loopholes the Chinese tech giant has used to do business with third-parties designing chips based on tech from the U.S.
Huawei has yet to comment,... but the Chinese company has consistently denied allegations of spying and having direct ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
