Cop in Mongolian women rape case claims trial to human trafficking charges

The police officer who allegedly raped two Mongolian women has been charged at the Klang Sessions Court on Wednesday (April 29).

Insp Hazrul Hizham Ghazali claimed trial to two charges under Section 13 of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants (Atipsom) Act.

He was accused of using his position to sexually exploit the two Mongolian women aged 20 and 36 at a boutique hotel in Petaling Jaya between April 10 and April 11.
