Former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah told the High Court on Wednesday (Feb 5) that it took over a month to receive Cabinet approval for Government guarantees for loan applications.

Irwan was testifying as a witness in the SRC International Sdn Bhd trial involving former prime minister and finance minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
