The Magistrates Court in Kajang fixed October 31 to hear an allegation of assault by police during remand, as raised by defendant Yew Wei Liang, 41, who is accused of murdering motorist Syed Muhammad Danial Syed Shakir in a road rage incident on the North South Expressway in Bangi in August.
