Malaysia's top cop admits he has failed to deliver fugitive financier Low Taek Jho, also known as Jho Low, to justice here.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador told reporters that on Monday (Jan 13), adding that investigations to trace assets belonging to his family have led to several successes.
