The Penang Tolak Tambak ad hoc group submitted a memorandum to the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) on Thursday to conduct a full investigation into the alleged environmental injustice and human rights violation of the proposed Penang South Reclamation Project (PSR).
