During the “Status of Institutional Reforms After 100 Days” forum held in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, Attorney General Tommy Thomas said he is not really concerned about whether the Pakatan Harapan government has succeeded in meeting the targets under its election manifesto after 100 days in power. He added that institutional reform takes a long time to achieve.
