When the month of Ramadan comes along, the female inmates at Alor Setar Prison get busy preparing some 14 types of kuih Raya to meet orders from organisations and individuals.
The inmates were trained under the Alor Setar Prison Frozen Food Industry and Pastries project which kicked off in 2012.
