Tan Sri Noh Omar on Monday challenged DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang to tell his son, Lim Guan Eng to take full responsibility and resign over the tragic landslide that killed 11 people in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. The Urban Well-being, Housing and Local Government Minister said such response was apt as Kit Siang had blamed him for the fire that razed tahfiz school in Keramat last month.
